Return Policy

RETURNS

We offer a hassle-free return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.  

Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fee applies for approved returns.)  

  • Flexible Returns: For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), unused items can be returned following the approval process below.  
  • Easy Process: Contact us at support@toautotool.com to request return approval and instructions.  
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your approved return.  

Please note: Custom-made products are non-returnable. Used products will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING  

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:  

  • For non-defective flexible returns (personal reasons): Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.  
  • For defective items: ToAuto will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.  

To keep the process smooth, please follow these guidelines:  

  • Secure Packaging: Pack items carefully in original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a 15% repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.  
  • Track Your Return: We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping receipts/tracking numbers for added peace of mind.  

We strive to make your return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

RETURNS APPROVAL & INSPECTION PROCESS

  1. All returns must first be approved by ToAuto customer service. Please email pr@toautotool.com with photographic verification that the equipment is unused and in its original packaging (required for all machines).  
  2. Upon approval:  
       - For non-defective flexible returns: You will arrange and pay for return shipping.  
       - For defective items: ToAuto will provide a return label and arrange return shipping at no cost to you.  
       We will conduct a final inspection upon arrival at the ToAuto warehouse. If customer-caused damage is found, additional charges may be deducted from the refund.  
  3. Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after completion of inspection.  

Please note: Used products will be discarded, and the requested refund or exchange will not be honored.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • In the event you receive a defective product, it will be immediately replaced with an exact matching item (or refunded if replacement is not possible). In most cases, we send out a replacement on the same business day. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.  
  • Defects are verified through the photos, descriptions, or videos provided. We are committed to ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards.  
  • Please contact us with details of the defect at pr@toautotool.com. We will ask for pictures, descriptions, or a video to identify the problem.

RETURN POLICY DEFINITIONS

  • Custom: Any ToAuto product or products sold that are not a standard size, feature, or type listed for sale on our website.  
  • Machine: All ToAuto machines that are listed on the website.  
    Defective: A product that does not meet ToAuto product specifications or contains a clear manufacturing defect that alters the performance or usability of the product.
