Shipping Address & Delivery
- Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided upon placement of your order. You will automatically receive an email receipt once your payment has been processed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@toautotool.com, and we will do our best to make changes before shipping. Toautotool is not responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address due to user input error.
- If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any reshipping fees. A refund will be issued for the product price only (minus original shipping costs).
