Speed & Material Guide
How do I choose the right RPM for my material?
Using the correct RPM protects your blade, your machine, and your material.
Running too fast on hard materials can overheat the blade and cause cracking.

When in doubt, start low and increase gradually. Contact support if you're unsure about a specific material.
Blades & Compatibility
Can I use third-party or non-ToAuto blades?
We strongly recommend using ToAuto-certified blades for your specific model. Third-party blades may void warranty if they cause damage due to incorrect arbor size, RPM rating, or thickness.
When in doubt, ask us first — we'll confirm compatibility within 24 hours.
Controller & Eletrical
What if the display stops responding or behaves abnormally?
Stop using the machine immediately.
Check all cable connections (Type-C, power).
Contact support with your model number and a description of the issue.
Cutting Performance
What if cutting is uneven, slow, or vibrating excessively?
Stop the machine immediately if vibration is excessive.
Record: material type, blade model, RPM setting, and feed rate.
Check blade condition (dull or damaged blades cause poor cuts).
Contact support with your notes — we'll help diagnose the issue.
Maintainence
What if water reaches an electrical component?
Splashing water during normal use will not cause damage, but do not submerge the controller in water.
Reminder: It is recommended to keep a dry cloth next to the machine while cutting and to dry wet hands before operating the controller.
