Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free Shipping is available in US, UK, Germany and some parts in Australia.
For large, heavy, or bulk items, shipping costs may be higher due to oversize handling and carrier surcharges. These costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
Taxes & Duties: We aim to keep pricing transparent. Where required, applicable tax (such as sales tax or VAT) will be displayed at checkout.
